Introduction
Sinclair Pilates needed more than a premium website. The studio required a complete digital ecosystem: a refined showcase experience to express the brand, a smooth booking journey for clients and a dedicated management platform for coaches and studio operations.
As a premium Pilates Reformer studio in Waterloo, Sinclair Pilates offers intimate classes limited to 5 people, professional equipment and personalized coaching. The challenge was to translate that high-end studio experience online while also building the operational tools needed to manage bookings, schedules, subscriptions, credits and payments.
NRV delivered a complete digital platform for Sinclair Pilates: an elegant GSAP-powered website, a client booking experience, Stripe-based payments, credit and subscription logic, coach planning tools and an admin backend that helps the studio manage its daily operations with clarity and control.

LOGO REDESIGN
The identity became as refined as the studio itself.
Sinclair Pilates had the ambition to launch a new premium website, but the brand first needed a stronger visual foundation. We redesigned the logo to create a cleaner, more elegant identity one that could support the studio’s high-end positioning, wellness atmosphere and modern Reformer Pilates experience.
SOCIAL CONTENT
We captured the studio experience in motion.
To support Sinclair Pilates beyond the website, we produced a series of professional vertical videos filmed inside the studio. Designed for social media and paid campaigns, the content shows the rhythm of a real Pilates Reformer class the movement, the coaching, the atmosphere and the premium environment turning the studio experience into dynamic assets ready for Instagram, Facebook and Meta ads.

To support acquisition, we produced content built around people rather than only atmosphere. The coach-led video helped explain the offer with clarity and authority, while client testimonials added social proof through authentic experiences. Designed for social media and Meta ads, the series gave Sinclair Pilates content that could reassure future clients, answer objections and make the studio feel easier to choose.

Over several months, we managed Sinclair Pilates’ social media presence across Instagram and Facebook, turning the studio’s content into a structured communication system. The website was designed to reflect the atmosphere of Sinclair Pilates: calm, elegant, intimate and highly professional. We built a minimal, immersive interface with polished typography, smooth transitions and a premium visual rhythm that helps visitors understand the studio, discover the coaches and book their first class with confidence.

A SaaS-like platform built around real studio operations.
Behind the website, NRV developed a dedicated platform for Sinclair Pilates. The backend allows the studio team to manage schedules, classes, coaches, reservations, client access, subscriptions, packs and credits from one operational interface designed specifically for their workflow.

Booking, subscriptions and studio operations in one system.
Client booking calendar — Clients can browse available classes and reserve a session based on their active credits or subscription. Subscription management — The platform supports recurring formulas such as one class per week, two classes per week and more intensive rhythms. Credit-based reservations — Credits are connected to subscriptions, discovery sessions and class packs, making the reservation system flexible and clear. Coach planning — Coaches can view their own schedule and the studio can manage who teaches each session. Studio admin dashboard — The team can manage classes, capacity, bookings and daily operations from a dedicated backend. Stripe payments — Payments are handled online, connecting the commercial offer with the client account and booking logic.
